Hello!

I’m Rebecca. I am a leader in the information architecture and UX strategy communities, with extensive experience across a variety of sectors and industries.

With a background and formal education in library and information sciences and over a decade of experience across both North America and Australia, I bring a unique skillset to your team by designing and optimizing complex websites, intranets and other digital applications for information findability, usability and understandability with an ever-present consideration for both user and business needs. From public-facing assets to internal tools and applications, I have the knowledge, skills and experience to establish a solid foundation for your digital ecosystems and the work processes that accompany them for the better. My extensive experience consulting with end users, project teams, internal stakeholders and c-suite executives means you and your team will be in good hands as you continue to grow your suite of products and services.

I call Calgary, Alberta, Canada home these days but now that the travel restrictions associated with the global pandemic have begun to ease, I am available for travel to client sites globally while also continuing to provide remote services.

While I’m not solving digital problems, you can find me training for my next half marathon, walking my dog, reading a good book, volunteering with a variety of professional and personal causes, or exploring new places both locally and further afield.

If you’ve got a juicy information problem to be solved, please reach out to me.
